Webres Solutions reserves the right to cancel or suspend an account or deny services to anyone if they feel that the account has been used inappropriately. This includes using an account to: send SPAM email, display pornographic or offensive material, illegal material or make threats to any other parties.

Payment for Webres Solutions hosting is expected to be made before an account is activated and must be paid in full annually for the account to remain active. Webres Solutions will notify the customer when an account is due to expire.

Payment for Webres Solutions design services is required after the completion of a stage and the customer can request an invoice if required. Options for payment include cheque or electronic funds transfer (EFT) and will be arranged at the time of payment.
